For custom portraits and wall calendars, we create your design after you order and email you a preview within 48 hours. We only print after you approve it.

For digital portraits, we email you a preview within 24 hours on working days. You receive the final file after approving it.

Printing and shipping from Germany and Europe usually take 5 to 9 working days. For wall calendars, allow extra time for the preview and approval, around 2 to 3 weeks in total. For custom portraits, the 5 to 9 working days start once you approve the preview. Digital portraits need no shipping: we email you a preview within 24 hours on working days, followed by the final file after your approval.

Shipping within Germany is a flat 4,95 €, with free shipping on orders of 49 € or more. You can find the rates for each country in our shipping overview. The amount shown at checkout before you pay is the binding charge.

Personalised goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, which is why you can see your portrait in the live preview before ordering. If there is a printing error or damage in transit, we will reprint it free of charge.
